Payment & Shipping Information

Payment:

1. We Only accept Paypal as payment method.
2. We only send out shipment after the payment is cleared.

Shipping: 

1. Please allow 3-4 days for preparation after the payment is cleared. 
2. We will provide tracking number once the items has been shipped.
3. Every parcel will be packed securely before sent out, We will not refund on damaged items during shipping, but you can request insurance for shipping at additional cost.
4. All guns ship to United States will have their Muzzle painted in orange/red, and all trademark will be permanently removed or covered by stickers in black.
5. Customers need to take responsibility of Taxes, Duties and seized by Custom.

Defective items, returns or refunds:

1. Every pitsols and rifles will be tested completely before delivery (1 full magazine in both modes), we will not refund for defective guns, so consider seriously before buying.
2. Most Chinese made AEG has cosmetic defect (scratch or dent) out of box, and we will not provide refund for that reason.
3. We will provide free repairing service for any WE Gas Blow Back Series, Pistols and AEGs purchase within a week, if you got a bad toy from us with 1 week you can send me back for repair, you need to take care of the in and out shipping cost of the item.

4. Orders returned to us have two options. 1) You pay the shipping charges again and we will reship the product to you. 2) We will refund your money paid minus the shipping charges paid.
